Meet Our Staff!

tomDr. Tom Zulandt:

I was born and raised in Chardon, OH with my 8 siblings, where my parents still reside. Since I can remember I have always wanted to be a veterinarian. I went to elementary school at St. Mary’s, graduated from Benedictine High School and completed my undergraduate degree at Bowling Green State University where I met my wife. After we both finished our degrees we moved to Columbus, where I completed and earned my veterinary degree at The Ohio State University.

We moved back to the Cleveland area and bought a house outside of Hambden with our oldest daughter Abbigail, upon graduating from OSU. I previously worked at Big Creek and Kirtland Veterinary Hospitals where I learned a great deal from my mentors, during which we also had 2 more children Emma and Hank. We also have our own furry family members, 2 dogs Waylon and Ethel, and 2 cats Olivia and Daisy. My wife and I are really excited for the opportunity Dr. and Mrs. Faulkner have presented us and are excited for our future here.
