COVID-19 UPDATE (4/2)
WE HAVE RE-OPENED!!!
In order to ensure continuous care for all our patients, we have decided to change our current protocols. Starting Saturday April 4th, we will be splitting our staff into two teams, and will only have one doctor scheduled per day. This will continue at least until Friday, May 1st. This way if another staff member were to test positive for corona virus, we will only lose half the staff and the other half can continue working to provide care. However, this will have a dramatic impact on the amount of appointments and surgeries that we will be able to provide over the next month. We will be effectively working at half our current staff, which means we will only be able to see about half the amount of appointments we currently see. I request and urge all our clients to have patience and work with us during this time of uncertainty. We will do our very best to see everyone as soon as we possibly can, but it may not happen right away. We encourage clients to continue using our telemedicine platform as well, which we can prescribe medications for pick up at our hospital. Please keep a look out for more information about our telemedicine service as we will be switching providers to one that integrates with our medical records. Also, our lobby will also continue to remain closed during this time. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you have about this.
